Terms & Conditions

The end user is responsible for any damages or loss by usage or incorrect usage of the product.  We sell on terms that all our products will be used for proper use and only in countries where it is legal.  Any misuse, abuse or violations are solely the end users liability.  We are not responsible for any extra fee's incurred by your credit card company for currency exchange or any other unforseen reason. 

Price Protection: There is absolutely no price protection. Price of products can drop or raise at any time depending on the market, or sales. There will be no credits applied should the price drop, or no additional charges to you should the price raise.  What you pay at the time of purchase is the price you agree to pay for the given product.

Any refunds/cancellations will be subject to a minimal of $2.50 cancellation/refund fee, this is charged by the processor not us. Rate is based on a percentage plus transaction fee, so the higher the product the higher the fee.
