Shipping:

Shipping Methods: 
We ship via Domestic Shipping Services to your Country with Tracking.
Shipping Destinations:  We ship World Wide. Your tracking will be trackable via your domestic shipping service.

Shipping Times: 
Canada & USA 1-3 Days for Canada & USA orders once processed.   While the service we pay for is 1-3 days, there are sometimes circumstances where it may take slightly longer, and we apologize if this occurs. We strive to give you the best and fastest service we can for $4.45
INTL Intl usually 1 week but may take longer. 

Our Packaging is very Discrete.

Returns & Exchange

Any products that are damaged during shipping must be reported to us immediately, so we can open a claim with the Postal service.

All products have been fully tested from factory.  Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. Common problem areas are incorrect wiring, not following diagrams or instructions correctly and poor installation techniques.  This is especially true for wii-clip products.

Once you have contacted technical support to determine if the product is possibly defective an RMA Number will be issued. (This is not done by phone).

When returning a product for testing, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a copy of your tech support email with RMA #

Include inside the package the original order number, email used to order, phone number and description of problem.

Keep a record of when it was shipped and the tracking number if your using a trackable shipping method. Do not add signature to any parcel being shipped.

It is your responsibility to pay all shipping costs including import taxes for any returned items. If the returned product is determined defective, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent product.

If the returned product is not defective, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and testing fees.

We reserve the  right to refuse a refund on an unopened item as well. If we do make the exception to refund a purchase it will be less a $10 s/h fee + cancellation fees.

Refunds: In order to assure all of our customers new merchandise our policy is no refunds and no exchanges - however all products come with a 30 day warranty with the exception of Replacement Drives and Lasers, which come with no warranty or return policy.
 

It is the customers duty to ensure compatibility of the product they purchase, we will not accept returns for compatibility issues.

The customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs in the event incorrect data is provided or package is refused.

Cancellations:
Any order that is canceled before shipping is subject to a processing fee to cover the credit card fee which we are not refunded.

 
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any product ordered / received is not used and or imported in any way in which it would violate any laws. All installations are done at the customers and or installers own risk.

Typographical errors:  We are not bound to honour typographical errors, should there be any, though we try to make sure everything is accurate.

We reserve the right to change any policies at any time.  If you are purchasing from the site you must be in agreement with stated policies.
